so what's up with the email about the "increased" robberies around the brooklyn campus? how many robberies does it take to send out an email like this?
At least three Pratt students I know of have been robbed---by the same group of kids. It's like, why are they still on the street if you have somebody's mugshot who had been accused of robbery a week before?
My friend got mugged the other day by that group of kids. She told me they had one girl, and she needed to go pick her out of a line at the station the other day.
The girls (yeah that's right, 15 year old girls) have all been spoken to by the police. The one who mugged my room mate last week will be spending the rest of her summer in counseling and with a sort-of-probation officer on her tail all the time. I know that all 3 of the girls were brought into the precinct, but my room mate and our other friend who was mugged only identified the one. So, the news is, you can feel safe that it was just a bunch of stupid young girls who won't be out on the streets anymore.
